1) - How does Gardaland Holidays protect my credit card details and my personal data?

Gardaland Holidays uses encryption technology SSL (Secure Socket Layer) which allows us to encrypt your credit card number and other confidential information prior to transmission over the Internet.
 Encryption scrambles sensitive information by converting your personal information and credit card details in a secret alphanumeric code to third parties.
Gardalandholidays.com do not retain or store in any way your sensitive credit card data and ensures maximum confidentiality in the handling of your personal information in compliance with current regulations regarding privacy.

2) - How can I contact you?

You can contact the Reservations Centre at the following email address: info@gardalandholidays.com

The booking service is active from Monday to Friday between 9 AM and 1 PM and 2 PM and 6 PM.


3) - When will I receive my travel documents?

Travel documents will be sent to the email address provided when registering WITHIN 48 HOURS OF RECEIPT OF PAYMENT. On the same day we will send the entrance tickets booked to the same email address.

We remind you that entrance tickets, once issued, are non-refundable for any reason and are valid for the duration of the current season.


4) - May I pay through a bank transfer?

Bookings made online can only be paid  by credit card. If you would like to pay by bank transfer we suggest you contact travel agent to make the booking.


5) - How do I received notification of Gardaland Holiday offers?

Receive  Gardaland Holiday offers, sign up to receive our newsletter: just enter your email address to receive the best offers directly to your mailbox together with all the news of Gardaland Holidays.


7) - How can I change my booking after I have bought it?

You can change or cancel your reservation through our Reservation Centre at the following email address:  info@gardalandholidays.com, indicating the reservation number, the name and  the date of arrival. You will be contacted within 48 hours to confirm your change or the cancellation.

For all the information on the conditions for changing a reservation and any other penalties, please  read the section on "Terms of Sale" carefully.


7) - How long is the Gardaland PARK and / or Gardaland SEA LIFE Aquarium ticket that i have bought valid for? Under which circumstances is it refundable?

Tickets purchased with Gardaland Holidays do not have an expiry date and are valid throughout the summer or the winter opening season of the Park and/or Aquarium.
Be aware, however, that depending on the type of ticket purchased the validity is subject to limitations.

The combined one day Gardaland PARK ticket  and the one day Gardaland SEA LIFE Aquarium includes entry to each park and is valid for 2 CONSECUTIVE days, or within 48 hours from the first date of entry.

The two day Gardaland PARK ticket includes 2 admissions to Gardaland PARK and is valid for 2 CONSECUTIVE days, or within 48 hours from the first date of entry.

The two day Gardaland PARK ticket and one day Gardaland SEA LIFE Aquarium includes two admissions to Gardaland PARK and one entry to Gardaland SEA LIFE Aquarium, it need not be used on consecutive days and is valid throughout the opening season of the park (summer or winter)

TICKETS ARE NEVER REFUNDABLE FOR ANY REASON. We therefore invite you to carefully check the calendar for the opening days of Gardaland Park and Gardaland SEA LIFE Aquarium and the height of children.
