We suggest you to carefully read the General Terms and Conditions of Service of the package holidays sold by Gardaland Holidays, trade mark of Incoming Gardaland srl.

The trade of package holidays, which sell services on domestic and international territory, is regulated by L. 27/12/1977 n. 1084, Ratification and Execution/ Implementation of the International Convention concerning travel agreement (CCV), signed in Bruxelles on 23.04.1970 and can be applied by the Codice del Consumo, D. Lgs n. 206, 6th September 2005 (art. 82-100) and its following modifications.

BOOKINGS

The customer is required to read and agree with the General Terms and Conditions of Service of the package holidays offered by Gardaland Holidays srl.
The booking is considered completed only after having full paid the total amount of the offer the customer selected. The booking documents (voucher and admission tickets) will be sent to the customer e-mail address once the payment is accepted. The voucher is the booking document the customer must show at the hotel reception desk if requested. The park tickets are real tickets and must be printed and shown directly at park entrance. Tickets are not refundable for any reason thus we suggest to check Parks opening timetable before planning your visit on www.gardaland.com. Also please verify your children height; under 1 mt high entrance is free but also in this case tickets are not refundable. The tour operator is not responsible for any mistake made by the client far as dates, opening and closing times are concerned or tickets for children under 1 mt high. The tour operator is not responsible in case the customer does not print the admission tickets and it is not bound to send a copy to the customer in case he/she forgets to print them.The registration fee of € 35 per room is always due and includes booking expenses and it is not refundable. Tourist tax is not included in the total price of the package holiday, therefore,  the customer must pay it directly at the hotel, when requested.

MEAL PLAN

Rates always include accommodation. Clients will find: OB for accommodation only, without meals; B&B for bed and breakfast;  HB for half board, accommodation  breakfast and dinner (drinks not included);  HBB for half board with drinks,  accommodation, breakfast, dinner (drinks included); FB for full board, accommodation, breakfast, lunch and dinner (drinks not included). Gardaland Holidays s.r.l. will specify the board offered for each proposal.


TOUR OPERATOR CHANGES

In case the tour operator cannot to provide services sold with the holiday package, it must provide different alternatives same category without additional charges for the customer. If the alternative is less expensive than the one selected by the customers, the tour operator will refund the difference.

CULPABILITY SYSTEM/ liability sistem

The tour operator is liable for the damages caused at the customer by the total or partial non- fulfillment of the services owed as stated in the contract. The tour operator is not liable for the damages caused in case there is evidence that these have been caused by the customer itself or are due to force majeure.


PAYMENTS.

The booking is complete after the full payment of the holiday package the customer selected. The booking documents (voucher and admission tickets) will be sent to the customer e-mail address once the payment is accepted. The customer can book on-line only by credit card payment. The voucher is the booking document and it must be shown at the hotel reception desk if required or at the park entrance as admission tickets. We suggest you to check the voucher and the number of admission tickets before the departure. The tour operator is not responsible if the customer does not print the admission tickets to the parks and it is not bound to send a copy to the customer in case he/she forgets to print them.


CUSTOMER WITHDRAWAL AND BOOKING CANCELLATION:

In the event that the Customer withdraws from the Contract before departure, he or she shall be charged the registration fee and the rate of admission tickets to parks since these tickets are not refundable and a share of participation fee that is proportionate to the number of working days from cancellation to the scheduled departure, excluding the day of cancellation.
The customer shall communicate his or her withdrawal on a working day before departure by writing at info@gardalandholidays.com

From 1 day after booking to 30 days: 10%
29 to 15 days: 25%
14 to 9 days: 50%
8 to 4 days: 75%
3 to 0 days: 100%


The customer shall be charged the same amounts in the event that he or she is not allowed to travel because of lack of irregularities in his or her ID, passport, visa or other documentation required. No refund is due to Customers who do not turn out in time for departure or who deliberately abandon the journey after it has started.
In case of reduction of number of participant it must be considered as a partial cancellation thus same conditions must be applied.
No penalties will be applied in case of names changes  if the substitution in the booking does not imply changes to the reservation itself. Otherwise, after having cost out the new price of the holiday package the customer must pay the difference of this new reservation
In case of changing of dates the tour operator will charge the new reservation with 20 Euro fees plus 50% cancellation fees up to 3 days before arrivals. All requests for changing of dates from 3 days to arrival must be considered withdrawal thus subject to 100% cancellation fees unless differently specified.
